This project involved working with the Sector Skills Council for land based and agricultural industries. (LANTRA)

LANTRA had carried out extensive research on the destinations of students in its sector based in Northern Ireland.  This research required further analysis and interpretation of results to support the final report.  The project work involved tight timescales to analyse and report on the findings and develop a cohesive approach to the final report.

This work required analytical skills and the ability to understand the complex background of the vocational skills arena in order to interpret and report on the data from further education providers and other research sources.  It also required an appreciation of and understanding of the agricultural and horticultural industries and their associated skills requirements. It particularly required an ability to focus and turn around work to demanding timescales.
